What is Headwaters Initiative Program (HIP)?

The Headwaters Initiative Program is a unique experience offered by Watershed Progressive for individuals wanting hands-on experience and training focused on appropriate and responsible water management practices through regenerative, whole system, community-minded approaches. Through the integration of relationship making, experiential education, mentorship and hard work, the Headwaters Initiative provides meaningful opportunities for vocational and personal direction and development. HIP supports and creates relationships for a healthy and resilient future for our watersheds and communities.
