Aimee / Haas Co-op Project

This project will consist of constructing preliminary earthworks for a food forest irrigated by a branched drain and laundry to landscape greywater system. Educational concepts to be covered include:
 planning of water harvesting earthworks
 branched drain greywater system design
 laundry to landscape greywater system design

What to bring: Please wear closed toed shoes, work clothes, hat, sunscreen, a water bottle and lunch. Positive attitude required, refreshments, snacks and post project beer will be provided by host.

Where: House is located 5 minutes from downtown Groveland. Address to be disclosed with RSVP

Steelhead Summit

  • Salmonid Restoration Federation

SRF will host the 2nd Steelhead Summit October 27 - 28, 2016 in San Luis Obispo, CA. The agenda will highlight adaptive genomic variation, steelhead recovery planning, coastal monitoring status reports, fish passage planning, and water conservation efforts. The full-day symposium will be followed by field tours to restoration sites that showcase fish passage improvements and water conservation projects.
